These are all my hair transplant clinic reviews in Turkey and around the world. All based on facts and unbiased scientific research
Magical hair clinic is a hair transplant clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.
They are part off a one-stop clinic that offers a range of cosmetic treatments for both men and women.
It appears they carry out hair transplants , Rhinoplasty procedures otherwise known as “nose jobs” and many more.
There is little information on magical hair clinic online; so most of the information in this article comes from their website and their social media pages.
The team is led by 2 hair transplant specialists. Harun Alakaya and Erdin Ozdemir.
I must admit i have not come across those names before in the hair transplant circles.
Well, their current website was only registered a year ago, so we can safely assume that’s when they either:
I personally suspect it’s the former given some of the things i noticed around their website which i will touch on later in the article.
Firstly, I really liked the information they gave on their websites about hair transplants. they went into good detail about the procedure and what happens before and after; and they also discussed who is and isn’t a good candidate for hair transplants.
I thought this was really good, and showed they care about educating people and managing the Expectations.
I also liked they had a hair transplant package, that included travel, hotel bookings and aftercare. this makes it very easy for people to book a package that includes everything, making the trip as easy as possible.
The website contains several ways to contact the clinic; which I thought was really good.
You could call them, request a call back, email them or whatsapp them.
All this shows they are a genuine company who are not afraid to interact with their clients.
I thought the website was quite poorly laid out.
On some pages the images and text where muddled. They probably didn’t have the best web development agency work on their website.
I also thought the information on the website contained lots of grammatical and spelling errors. I am less forgiving of this, because there are plenty of good copywriters available everywhere.
You might think “Who cares about spelling mistakes on a hair transplant website?”.
Well, this shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detail from a clinic that may potentially charge thousands of dollars!
There were very few reviews online about magical hair clinic, which isn’t helpful if we are trying to to assess whether it’s a good clinic or not.
To be fair to the clinic do have a section on their website inviting people to send in their reviews.
So I’m not really sure why there are so few reviews online.
Perhaps the clinic hasn’t done work on enough clients yet, or maybe they did the work but the results weren’t that good.
There was actually more reviews and feedback for the other procedures they offer in the clinic, such as Rhinoplasty.
I saw no photo gallery for hair transplant clients either.
Interestingly, on their Facebook page, they had way more posts about all the other procedures they offer rather than hair transplants; which makes me think hair transplants my not be there number one procedure.
There are definitely signs that magical hair clinic is a genuine clinic, with genuine professional staff. but there are also signs that hair transplants are not their main area of interest, or perhaps expertise.
And there are also signs that they are quite new to the hair transplant sector.
The other concern is that we know so little about them, and for a major procedure like a hair transplant we need a lot more information before we can come a definitive conclusion.

In this article we will go over some of the reported complaints and lawsuits involving Bosley hair clinic.
Every clinic will have compliments and complaints, and it is important to stress Bosley has many satisfied customers; and it is also important to stress this article is based on information publicly available on the internet.
Although Bosley has an overall good reputation, there have been some lawsuits filed by patients who have received various services at their local Bosley offices.
Numerous lawsuits have been filed and have even gone to trial, although there were also some that never went any further than the initial filing.
Some of these lawsuits include the following:
In New York City, a doctor used donor strips from the patient’s scalp that were more than 12 inches long and the patient sued for medical malpractice.
BMG (Bosley group) claimed that the lawsuit had no merit because the result was caused by the patient’s poor healing response.
When a patient in San Francisco suffered a stroke during a hair procedure, he sued for fraud, misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other causes.
The verdict resulted in a gross award of $2.7 million.
There are also numerous customers who have experienced complications such as blisters and boils on their scalps, staph infections, and even physical complaints such as severe headaches and pain as well as profuse sweating from the head and the forehead.
Let’s have a deeper look at the pattern and types of complaints about Bosley.
When it comes to hair transplants, most complaints about Bosley seem to centre around two main complaints:
Many patients stated that the amount of hair grafts transplanted the first time wasn’t enough; therefore, their hair wasn’t as thick and full as they were expecting it to be once the procedure was completed.
Customers have also complained about patchiness throughout their scalps, meaning an inconsistent look because the hair didn’t fill the entire scalp but only parts of it.
Another complaint about hair transplants from Bosley centres around the hair not growing-in properly.
Some patients claim that the hair grows back unevenly with some long hairs and some short ones growing in the same area.
They also claim that the hairs grew out in different directions throughout the scalp, giving the patient an unattractive and “fake” look.
Of course, one of the main complaints regarding Bosley is the amount of money spent on the procedures and the feeling that the procedure just wasn’t worth it in the end.
On top of that, few customers ended up receiving their money back after telling the Bosley representatives that they were unhappy with the procedure.
Many of them feel that Bosley was only interested in the money that they get from their customers and nothing else.
To read more about the complaints made against Bosley, you can visit sites such as the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org. Other helpful websites include www.bosleymedicalviolations.com, www.trustpilot.com, www.consumeradvocate.org, https://bosley.pissedconsumer.com, and www.highya.com.
Just as many other companies nowadays, Bosley has had its fair share of both compliments and complaints.
It is up to you to do your due diligence so that the right decision can be made in the end and you can do most of this right on the Internet.
At one time, PRP was used to heal tendons and muscles but it is now showing a lot of promise in the area of hair restoration.
FUE is effective and results in very little scarring, which is why it is a popular method of hair transplantation these days.
It is generally a safe procedure that is less invasive than standard hair transplant surgery. Is it effective? doubts remain.

Bosley is an American hair restoration specialist clinic, which has been established for more than 40 years.
They claim on their website that they have performed over 300,000 hair restoration procedures; which is an enormous number.
As well the US, Bosely have branches in over 60 countries around the world.
According to their website, Bosley offer the following hair restoration procedures
Firstly, Bosley have an excellent page educating the reader on the general nuisances of hair transplant cost.
A big thumbs up for that!
But they don’t actually give you a cost, and i think this is fair.
Because no two people are the same when it comes to hair transplants. Some people will need lots of grafts, some fewer grafts.
So how can you give a blanket cost?
You need to have a consultation to get an estimated cost.
At the time of writting this article Bosley have 157 reviews on Trustpilot.
They are currently rated at 2.6 stars out of 5.
This is a “poor” rating.
Let’s analyse the breakdown of this rating further.
76% of the ratings for Bosley were “excellent”, which mkes it a surprise that overall rating is “poor”.
But further digging reveals they have a “bad” rating of 10%, a “poor” rating of 3% and an “average” rating of 6%.
Clearly a significant minority of people don’t rate Bosley highly, and this is what brings down their overall score on Trustpilot.
The reviews that rated Bosley as “excellent” commented on the professional service they received and the care they experienced from the entire team.
There were lots of very specific reviews that named the location of the branch and also named the specific team members who the reviewer dealt with.
These reviews came across as genuine.
Looking at reviews that rated Bosley “poor” or “bad”, there two main issued raised by the reviewers.
Firstly, that the prices were outrageously high with a few up sells. And secondly, that the customer service was poor. A few reviewers, even named the specific team member they dealt with.
There is a significant number of official complaints and lawsuits against Bosley – there is no denying that.
There is even a website dedicated to compiling complaints against Boseley.
I go in more detail into the llegations of hair transplants that went wrong with Boseley in this article:
Bosley having been established for over 40 years have branches right across the US and the world.
Bosley also have a lot of hair loss products under their brand, and these mostly have a good feedback from clients.
These products are primarily designed to slow down hair loss, and perhaps regrow new hair.
Here, we list the known branches of Bosley across the US, where you can have your consultations and buy their products.

You can also visit them online at www.bosley.com.
According to their website, Bosley offers a wide selection of “FDA-approved” products that are “proven” to restore thinning hair, prevent hair-loss progression, and promote thicker hair growth. Some of these include the following:
The prices of Bosley hair products vary from item to item but here are a few general price ranges for the majority of their products:
Bosley is a well established hair restoration clinic. There is no doubt that there are plenty of satisfied clients with their service.
They have a good range of hair loss products
But there are also a significant portion on dissatisfied clients, as well as public lawsuits against Bosley.
There is also a particular concern about excessively high prices.
Overall, i think there are better clinics in the US, Canada and Europe than Bosley.

After 3 weeks of researching Longevita.
Here is a summary of what i discovered.
Longevita are a company based in the UK, who arrange hair transplants in Turkey through their network of clinics and surgeons.
Longevita don’t just do hair transplants, they do various other procedures but in this article we will focus on their hair transplant activities.
The company was incorporated in the UK in 2012; but their website was registered in 2018.
So the company is 7 years old, and is well established off line.
Off course bad companies don’t usually last for 7 years, so this is a good sign.
There are three surgeons listed on the company’s website, they are:
In my research I couldn’t find much information on any of these surgeons.
Particularly, In terms of their background and work.
This is not necessarily a bad thing, because certain professionals just work away from the glare of social media.
You shouldn’t have many worries that these are legitimate professionals. Turkey has a strong and well regulated medical field.
The results gallery on the website are very good overall.
But there are some sub-standard results (see below)
The thickness and the quality of the hairlines are excellent.
I like the variety of clients,. They have people of various ages and hair types.
I also like how they respect the client’s privacy by covering up their face – this is the sign of an ethically run clinic.
They clearly understand the basics confidentiality.
The only downside is that the pictures are partially obscured by the company’s logo.
I also did not see many results featuring women Or people of African or Asian descent.
Off course, no clinic can claim to have 100% success, but if these results are anything to go by, then Longevita delivers good results for some clients.
This popularly known as the “package hair transplant”
This includes the procedure, flights, hotels , transfers , and aftercare.
off course you can do all this yourself, but if you don’t have the time I’m then this service might be for you.
However if You are an experienced traveller, it will be cheaper for you to arrange the transport and hotels.
I am slightly uncomfortable with this, because with hair transplants, price should not be a top priority.
The final result should always be your number one priority.
I am also uncomfortable with the price they quote on the sales page. Firstly, because the price varies for every client, and secondly because it just looks too low.
The danger is that people will see this price and they will expect to have a full head of hair for that price, which is totally unrealistic.
Update:
I subsequently worked out (a few weeks after initially writing this article) the reason they can offer these low prices is because the company is subsidised by the Turkish government – according to the website anyway.
So the “price guarantee” makes sense now.
This is a very handy feature for people who want to spread the cost of the hair transplant over months.
I think this will make hair transplants more affordable to more people, which is almost always a good thing.
Now this is something I added as a bonus, because I was really impressed with their website.
it is incredibly educational.
Someone who knows nothing about hair transplants can find the information on this website extremely useful.
I also like how the website is simply laid out with all the key information that a client might want to see.
The information on the website is also very accurate from what I can see,
Whoever put the contents of the website together has a deep and thorough knowledge around the subject of hair transplantation.
Mostly the FUE technique.
This technique relies on the plucking of individual hair follicles from the donor area, and it’s usually the gold standard in hair transplantation now.
it also delivers natural results with very minimal scarring.
In general, i didn’t come across many horror storie involving Longevita’s hair transplant clinic.
But there are some bad reviews.
Having said that, there were a few cases of people who were not happy with either the results or the service they received.
On Trustpilot, Longevita have:
These are clearly impressive numbers. But let’s explore the “bad” reviews.
The main complaint was over poor results.
One person commented how his results look worse than before the hair transplant.
On the main hair loss forums, my impression was that the clinic was well rated; but I was slightly suspicious that some of the people commenting on this clinic might have been people paid to promote it.
I say this because there was a few cases where the same names were popping up in threads related to Longevita.
I saw very few clients with afro-type hair on Longevita’s website or in my research.
So i cannot recommend them as “specialists” in african type hair.
if you have afro-type hair, i suggest you have a detailed consultation to assess if you are a candidate for a hair transplant and discuss your options.
I provide this service, which you can book here:
Overall, I was impressed with longevity during my research.
They are competitively priced as they are subsidised by the Turkish government.
Their website suggests they are a professional and customer-focused outfit.
The content on their website is probably the best i have seen on any hair loss clinic.
On the downside, there were cases of people complaining about the service or the results. And some of the photo gallery results on their own website looked below par.
Overall , my impression is that they are a good clinic but not one of the very best.
If you are thinking of hair transplant and you are struggling to decide on a clinic, i highly you recommend you have an independent assessment first.
Why independent?
Because clinics have an interest in getting you booked in, with them.
You can book an independent assessment with me
